👋 Welcome to GoalMap

GoalMap is a systematic personal goal management tool.
It supports the full life cycle of goals: setting, breaking down, executing, and reviewing.
Our mission is to help you stay focused, reduce the burden of daily chores, and move closer to your vision step by step.

🌱 The Philosophy of GoalMap

Many people struggle with goals in different ways:

  • ❌ Some never set clear goals, and the lack of direction often leads to anxiety.
  • 🌀 Some have goals in mind but never write them down — over time, those goals are revised endlessly or forgotten altogether.
  • 😵‍💫 Others do record their goals and even create detailed plans, but struggle to follow through. Often it’s not laziness, but the false sense of satisfaction that comes from planning perfectly while execution feels overwhelming.

At GoalMap, we believe the perfect plan is not what matters most.
What matters is recording your goals and consistently taking action.

Unlike enterprise tools that rely on heavy quantification and weighting, GoalMap is designed for individuals.
We focus on stress-free, continuous execution, and we believe in the compound effect of small daily changes.

Our design is built around the theory and practice of the six stages of personal goal management.

🎯 What can GoalMap do?

GoalMap provides a range of modules to support all aspects of personal goal management.
How you use it depends on your needs — there’s no single “right” way to manage goals. Here are some examples:

  • 🎓 Student
I use GoalMap to manage my progress in different subjects, creating a goal for each course. I also love writing, so I set a goal to draft a middle-grade novel, and GoalMap reminds me to write at least three times a week.

  • 💼 Office worker
With a busy job, I often forget to eat well or exercise. I created goals to build better eating habits and to lose weight. Now I track whether I eat at least one fruit a day and complete four 45-minute workouts each week.

  • 🧑‍💻 Freelancer
I use GoalMap to capture inspiration and manage short- and mid-term projects. Most of my ideas never become goals — but when I decide to pursue one, I record it, refine it, and break it down into actionable tasks.

  • 🤰 Mom-to-be
During pregnancy, there are countless recurring things to remember. I put them into GoalMap, which removes a huge mental load. I also add household chores, which might not be “goals” in the strict sense, but having them listed clearly helps me manage daily life.

No matter where you start, taking action and sticking with it will bring rewards.
